Simple steps on how to fill your supplementary form

Step one visit the school website by clicking here or use this direct link http://www.federalpolytechnicnekede.edu.ng

On the site home page locate Fill your application form as shown in the image below

Or click here this will take you direct to the page where you will be required to enter your pin (The pin on the bank print out) 

Now select the option you are applying for and enter the pin then click submit to continue with the form. 

Please note: you will need your passport to process the form.
