Report has it that students of Niger Delta University (NDU) on Saturday protested the indefinite closure of the university following the non-payment of workers by the state Government.

The students under the aegis of the Niger Delta Visionary Movement (NDVM) threatened to march naked with their books and block the entrance to Government House if after a week the stakeholders failed to settle their rift and open the university.

It would be recalled that the ASUU chapter of Niger Delta University on April 26th, embarked on indefinite strike over non payment of salaries.
