CHANNELS OF COMMUNICATION IN FEDPONEK
(i) Individual students or student associations who wish to have access to the Rector, or who wish to write request for, or petitioning against anything, should do so through their Head of Department for academic matter or the Dean, students' Affairs Division for other issues.This system quicken,rather than delays action.
(ii) On purely academic matters, the step taken should be through the Head of Department to the Dean of school, to the Register or the Rector to the Academic Board
(ii) On welfare matters in campus life, student are encouraged to channel all request through the proper officials of the Students' Union Executive, to the Dean of student Affairs.If an issue come up in the hostel, the matter moves up preferably from the Hall supervisor.
(iv) Non-Teaching Division, such as the Works, Medical and Head Services and the Bursary insist that students pass their requests through the Dean of Students pass their request through the Dean of Students' Affairs.
However, nothing prevent the student from reporting specialized or emergency case directly to the appropriate quarters such as to the Librarian, or the Head of Security Unit provided that a copy of such report will be sent to the Dean of Students' Affairs Division.
